Important Notice for Users Under 18
If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or lawful guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf before you use SelfEnabler. The parent or guardian bears responsibility for the child's use of the platform.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SelfEnabler platform operated by Tutelage Education Services Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us") at selfenabler.com. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SelfEnabler is an AI-powered self-learning and assessment platform designed primarily for school students in Classes 6 to 12. The majority of our users are children below 18 years of age. These Terms are therefore drafted with the understanding that access and use by minors is subject to parental or guardian oversight.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or lawful guardian review and accept these Terms on your behalf before using the platform. Use of the platform by a child constitutes confirmation that a parent or lawful guardian has consented to these Terms and to the processing of the child's personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification.
Eligibility and Registration
